How to read a notice of substantial differences

Employment certificates are most informative when they describe duties, level of responsibility, dates and working time rather than merely confirming a job title.

Understand the available measure

The notice may offer an adaptation period, aptitude test or knowledge test. These are not identical choices. Consider language level, access to a host institution, examination dates, income during the measure and the exact competence areas being assessed.

Protect the deadline

Distinguish a deadline for supplying information from a formal period for legal remedy. If you may challenge the decision, obtain advice from an appropriately qualified lawyer promptly.
