Fees include German VAT where applicable. Payment arrangements are confirmed with the appointment; this website does not take payment.
Reviews priced by scope
The Document Readiness Review starts at €320 for one recognition route and up to twenty reasonably ordered documents. Before work begins, we confirm a fixed estimate based on:
- number and length of diplomas, transcripts and employment records;
- whether multiple names, institutions or qualification levels need reconciliation;
- number of competent-authority checklists involved;
- source languages and whether specialist reading support is needed;
- urgency and the condition of scans.
We do not charge simply for referring you to a lawyer, translator or other professional. Their services are contracted and paid separately.
Additional time
Work beyond an agreed scope is offered at €145 per hour, billed in 15-minute increments, only after written approval. Most route consultations do not require additional time.
Rescheduling and cancellation
You may move an appointment once without charge when at least 24 hours’ notice is given. Cancellation terms depend on notice and preparation already completed. The full policy appears on our cancellation and refunds page.
What no fee can purchase
Our invoice pays for independent analysis and explanation. It cannot secure a favourable equivalence decision, shorten an official processing period, waive a language requirement or guarantee employment or residence permission.
