A check before submission

Recognition files often grow in stages: a diploma translated years ago, a transcript supplied in a sealed envelope, an employment certificate using an unfamiliar title. We inspect the collection as one evidence set and identify avoidable gaps before you send it.

The review compares your file against the currently published checklist of the likely competent body. It also checks consistency in names, dates, qualification wording, copy certification and translation coverage.

Deliverables

You receive an annotated inventory with each item marked ready, clarify, replace or obtain. A covering memo explains the most consequential issues in plain English and gives questions to put to the authority where official guidance is ambiguous.

The starting fee covers up to twenty documents and one recognition route. Larger files, multiple qualifications or documents requiring specialist language reading are estimated first.

Boundaries

This is not a certified translation, authentication service or legal opinion. We do not alter source documents or make claims about equivalence. You remain responsible for confirming the authority’s final format and dispatch requirements.
